1)The best work culture and friendly work environment. 2)Salaries are given on time 3)They provide the best training and take care of each and every employee's need and everyone are given best possible attention. 4) Feedbacks are provided every month and individually the problems of the employees are taken care of. 5) Scope for projects are really good but again it totally depends on individuals performance. 6) Apart from work there are also good ways to cheer up employees through sports and celebrations on special events. 7) Zero tolerance towards sexual harrasment or any kind of illegal activities. 8) Good career scope for those who are interested in VLSI domain.
