It was a product company but now there is no difference between them and any small consulting company with no technical depth.

Cons

1) forget about annual hikes 2) forget your variable 3) the time till you are active in project you will get your salary after that no response no one will pick your call and you will have a headache to even contact anyone in management or HR... Forget about the resolution of your concerns.
