The work culture is good there. As per as my experience, Management was very helpful and supportive every time whenever required i.e providing different trainings, supporting while project completions etc

Nothing is good in this company.

Cons

1) management system is not good. They believe in politics. 2) salary is not coming on time. 3) they will keep you in bond and fire you by telling illogical reasons. Even if they are firing from their side but they will ask for complete bond amount from employees otherwise they will not provide experience certificate and relieving certificate etc. 4) They made a way of earning from employee's bond amount because they don't have clients, no project to earn money. 5) They will not provide hike or any bonus and in reason they will provide negative feedback even if your work was very impressive and you worked very hard for the company.
