It Gives reasonably good compensation to qualified personnel.So try to be a part of this family.

Though the company says that they offer people training opportunities and ongoing development so that each individual can reach his/her full potential but actually it is true only for the peoples of developed country not for the people like Bangladesh/Nigeria.Also the compensation for qualified personnel in underdeveloped country is not as great as developed countries,
