Would love to hold off on review till the CO has owned the factory for at least 1½yrs

They do offer their employees some great incentives/bonuses

Cons

They haven't owned my factory long, only one year. So far their infrastructure is disorganized and communication between management and employees is haphazard at best, and while they say they don't like mandatory overtime, almost every department in the production area has been working 6 days a week, 10-12 hour days for at least 8 months
