I made some life long friends.

Cons

Incapable of making a decision without u-turning. Unable to identify problem managers (100% turnover in the marketing team while I worked there - 18 months). Eye wateringly high workload. Lack of professionalism in higher management. Treated as robot, not a human.

They hire high level professionals and don’t give them much responsebilities. Very high drama level. Should support people more to innovate and perform.
