Old management specially in North Sales Branch has been taking the company for a ride, HR is powerless and the sales leadership mistreats junior managers, and nepotism is rampant and people who are related to higher management are promoted first

Horrible management style, it was more of a dictatorship. Abusive, mysogynist management and complete lack of support from HR.
