A new MD in the UK along with new HR and a changes pending - a positively fresh approach being felt. I look forward to seeing what PVM does over the coming months and years.

Cons

Busy and suffered over 2020 like many businesses. But a motivating and fast-paced place to be.

The culture is that of an India Lala company wrapped in MNC pack. Individual’s growth depends upon the lobby he belongs to. Being in a no lobby / weak lobby will make ur career tough. Making a scapegoat for an unresolved issue , has happened multiple times in the organisation.
