I had the best internship experience with PVM. The team I worked closely with was amazing. I learned more at this internship than I could have imagined. Everyone in the US office is so friendly and willing to help or coach you. Their culture is the best I have ever seen. Great engagement activities, wonderful atmosphere.

It is good for someone who has working experience as you will know what you need and should do to complete your task. Just need to share your opinion and get it approved

Cons

However somehow you feel like you are the one to create the procedures for every matter in the company system but takes long time for it to go live. It is frustrated.
