Best benefits I've ever had. Health & Wellness reimbursement program. Concierge services available. All major holidays off, including the preceding or following weekend. Ample PTO. Management seems to genuinely care about their employees health and well-being.

Cons

Can contract diabetes just breathing the air, lol j/k.

Pros

Excellent culture and focus on the employees, the career was meaningful and the people were great to work with. Overall an excellent place to work.

Cons

It was a long commute for me (1 hour). There was some silo effect between departments/shifts, but they were working to break those down.
