Pros
Perforce has a great culture which allows employees to excel in their careers and provides support to grow with the organization. Leadership is very friendly and accessible. The Minneapolis office has lots of cool amenities for employees who work in the office.
Cons
The parental leave of absence is not competitive with other tech companies. The "non-gestational" parent policy is the bare minimum and does not reflect Perforce's dedication to people and culture.
