      Pros

      Flexible, remote work. Engaging and challenging work. Broad variety of deep, technical work.

      Cons

      Executives who survived the acquisition and the new ownership don't seem to have a clear vision or roadmap for creating an integrated devops tool suite. Professional services pipeline (in 2019/2020) appears to be drying up. Sales team doesn't qualify the few customers who buy PS well. Sales engineers aren't technical enough and don't stay current with the product, which leads them to make promises they can't keep.

      Pros

      So far, I love waking up to go to work at this company. Everyone here encourages each other to grow and use their skillsets to contribute to the pool of knowledge on the product. The management is great!
