I appreciate you leaving a post! You've touched upon a couple of areas that we are looking to make improvements this year. We've hired a dedicated person to learning and development internally and should drive more formal training. Also, we have hired a new dedicated sales enablement resource that should provide more formal trying for our sales teams. Lastly, we are reviewing onboarding planning and execution.
