      Pros

      Nice Facilities, Good Benefits, Great Co-workers Interesting products to work on.

      Cons

      Perforce is like the Borg, "embrace, engulf, expand". Eating little companies on the way. Multi-national, Multi-product, it's not Christopher's little empire any more.

      Pros

      There are too many pros to list in my opinion but my two favorites are that management actively works to develop employees and that the culture here embraces the value of celebrating both personal and company wide accomplishments. Everyone works hard and that hard work is rewarded with frequent treats and fun activities!

      Cons

      Because it's located downtown there is more of a cost to commute.
