- sane manegement - realistic goals - calm atmosphere - 100% remote - engineering team full of experienced pros - 0 toxic - great salary - extra dayoffs and vacation time

Cons

- evening meetings - no parking spot (not a problem in current times)

Pros

Pay is great. Company culture is awesome if you are the type that thrives on collaboration. Great benefits and all sorts of surprise benefits along the way, such as every Friday was a half day throughout the summer.

Cons

In sales, we have so many tools to help in our role that it can get overwhelming trying to ramp up.
