CEO is extraordinal person, he is very open and always update what is going on to the company, also he is very generous and fair to us and values our contribution to the company. The company was small and numbers of employee was handful compare to the current numbers, however he has not changed his approach to us.

Cons

As company grows, now feel pushed to acheive sales target.
