      Stable, cushy working hours, low expectations.

      Cons

      Most senior execs only show up at the office 3 days a week. Engineering architects are hard to work with.

      Good people, always have a good culture and now have a clear company objective. Have a stable revenue, customer-base and both are growing.

      Cons

      Growth is not exactly fast, non-existing progression path, little training for employees.

      Cons

      My boss was not what I expected, My job duties were not what I expected. Everyone else was fine to work with witch is why they get three stars for senior management.
