We added several new offerings to our healthcare plans this year and will look to add new options in the future. When looking at employee salary, we do compare against local salary ranges both within and outside of the US and states in order to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages. You mention one area that I do believe makes us unique - our rich portfolio allows employees to work on different technologies based on the solutions they are working with. I'm glad you are enjoying the culture and our Pune location does provide a great environment for our employees. We've actually found that many of our Pune employees would rather work from the office because the environment is condusive to collaboration and fun. We provide employees with flexibility in their schedule as we realize "life" does always happen on a schedule.
