I'm glad you enjoyed both the flexibility in working remote and the benefits offered by Perforce while you were with us. Our Pune office is truly a wonderful place to work. Our suite is fun, vibrant, and open with a tremendous cafeteria space. We regularly receive comments from our employees on how terrific the space is. And, our engineers are working with some of the latest technologies as they are building new AI features that will drive significant value for our customers. Our Pune office is one of the fastest growing locations at Perforce. Thanks for leaving the post, and thank you for the time you were able to send with us. We appreciate you. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

Excellent career opportunities Great employee culture, especially in the Minneapolis HQ Fast-growing and fast-paced

Cons

The company is experiencing some growing pains. Unfortunately it is starting to feel like a bigger company. I still love Perforce, but it was such a special place to work when we were a smaller company!

Thanks for leaving a post and I'm so happy to hear you've enjoyed the culture. I work out of the Minneapolis office and absolutely love the space and the people here. I've also traveled to most of our other sites and find the culture is pervasive throughout the organization. Opportunities are endless as we continue to grow both through acquisitions and through key strategic initiatives. One of my goals is to never get overly "corporate" and retain that small company, close knit, open feel to our organization. If you have additional ideas on how we keep that special feeling, let me know. Hopefully with our executives being available to employees, our fun events and flexibility in working will keep us connected to our employees as we grow. Thanks again for the post. ~ Jim Cassens, CEO

Thank you for posting and being a part of the Perforce team. I feel we have a wonderful group of experienced and talented team members in our Pune office. The leadership in this location supports our desire in maintaining an active, fun and supportive culture. One that we can all be proud to be a part of. The facilities at our Pune officer is one of the best in the company and truly provides a great space to work and collaborate with others on key initiatives using new technologies that really drive value for our customers. Thanks again for the post. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
