Pros

I really appreciate the positive and collaborative work culture here. The team is supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on open communication and mutual respect. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie, which makes it a great place to work. Another aspect I value is the healthy work-life balance. The company understands the importance of personal time and flexibility, which helps me stay motivated and focused during working hours. Lastly, I’m grateful for the continuous learning opportunities. The company offers various programs for skill development, and there’s always room to grow. Whether it’s through workshops, mentorship, or simply taking on new challenges, I feel encouraged to keep learning and expanding my knowledge.

Cons

No cons at the moment.

I appreciate your post and honesty on working remote. We've heard you and are working on a couple initiatives to help connect you further to Perforce, our culture, what we do for our customers and being part of the team. You don't have to reside in the Minneapolis office to feel connected, grow your career or your skills. One thing we have started is Coffee with the CEO. This is a chance for you to ask any question about the company, your product, or even make suggestions on how we could improve. We are looking for opportunities to bring our remote employees into one of our offices. We did hold several product "wonder" meetings last year and will do the same again this year. If you have ideas on how we could improve the connection for remote offices, please drop me an email. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
