None of the pros outweighed the terrible experience here. Made me never want to work in a corporate setting ever again.
Cons
Terrible management. Managers were very unorganized, not helpful, and gossiped and tore other sales reps down. This company gossips more than a group of teen girls. Super unprofessional and lay off people who are performing and keeps the “favorites” who are not. Company overall is a mess with no clear goal and do not care about the successes of their employees.
