I appreciate you leaving a post! You've touched upon a couple of areas that we are looking to make improvements this year. We've hired a dedicated person to learning and development internally and should drive more formal training. Also, we have hired a new dedicated sales enablement resource that should provide more formal trying for our sales teams. Lastly, we are reviewing onboarding planning and execution. Stay tune for some new things happening there. Thanks again for the message. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

Competitive Salary, Christmas Presents, Home Office, Great team. Good collaboration between my team members and the other local teams.

Cons

The free trial services and products are limited in functionality. This leads the users to think the paid ones are also limited and this leads to a bad first impression.

Thank you for the feedback on our free trials. Drop me a note on which product you are referring to and we can see about improving this process. For products like Helix Core, we provide free use for up to 5 users and that's complete access to the product. Interesting you commented on interoperability between UI's. Getting to a common UI between core products will take time - think years not months. But, we do have goals to create integrations between products that will make sharing between products easier for our customers. We are also looking at creating more UI standards that will support commonality moving forward. We are obsessed with creating strong working teams with great collaboration and I'm glad to see you've noticed. Thanks for the post! ~Jim Cassens, CEO
