      Pros

      Leadership at Perforce seems to really care about their employees and has done a great job communicating through the pandemic changes the past year. They are doing a good job balancing return-to-work, vacation time and employee health in a measured empathetic way right now.

      Cons

      Your manager seems to play a big role in your ability to succeed. Some people seem to get stuck while others are definitely rewarded for their hard work.

      All of the pros end up being fake and intentional means of deceiving people into wanting to work at Perforce

      Cons

      Every con you can think of from a job. Extremely clear they plan on selling the company because they are constantly reducing benefits and not giving substantial raises. People are leaving FAST, especially in the finance department once they realize that literally nobody knows whats actually going on, up to the C level. Absolute nightmare of a job
