      Pros

      There's exceptional benefits and they treat their employees really well. The company continues to grow. I feel secure knowing their likely won't be mass layoffs anytime soon. Overall solid culture. Everyone I work directly with seems to be incredibly talented and smart.

      Cons

      As with any large organization there can sometimes be communication challenges. I've noticed improvements so far in 2024 though.

      smart people, coffee and snacks

      Cons

      People are extremely overworked, most working in 3-5 roles and trying to fit these responsibilites in around 6-7 meetings a day. My workload has increased by 50% since I started but pay has not increased, as RTO gets less flexible meaning more time commuting. There's also a weird pride surrounding this culture of constant overwork.

      With their rapid growth, there's an abundance of tasks across all products, necessitating careful prioritization. Every task is deemed high priority, requiring consistent dedication and delivering nothing less than your best effort.
