They get rid of the minorities that are assets to the company, yet keep the non minorities in high level positions and allow them to bully the people under them. As stated by other employees, all Perforce cares about is acquisitions after acquisitions. Not a great place to work at, especially if you want a good work life balance. They're all about the dollars and you being able to produce for them. If you can't produce they will terminate you with extreme prejudice. Have seen them terminate employees that were on leave of absence as well as trying to get rid of whole countries from acquisitions. If you're a company that is acquired by them, just stay on to get the severance package and don't take the position that they will offer you, move on, or you will eventually get terminated without a severance package. The HR department used to be called "Human Capital" and have recently changed it to People Culture.

The management just really loves to lie. The managers make blatant false claims just to appease the employees. They are very manipulative, and lying is their expertise. Instead of leading, they are only bossing people around and manipulative them. This company has got to be one of the most horrible places I've ever worked in.
