      Awful and Selfish Management with No Respect for Employees

      Pros

      It's hard to look for pros in an organization where you have no worth. They made me feel worthless and incompetent.

      Cons

      I have worked for many companies but have never seen such self-centered top management anywhere. They expect employees to work long, brutal, stressful, and exhausting hours but don't bother offering recognition. All the financial incentives and growth goes to the awful management. It was so unfair, unethical, and ridiculous that many good employees quit. I did too. Avoid!
