      Pros

      We are working on difficult but interesting tasks, which gives me the opportunity to grow a lot in my technical abilities. A further plus is that I am given the time to implement a good solution, so quality is high in the priority list. In my experience, this is rarely a given. The atmosphere is very nice and the company really goes the extra mile to make everyone feel happy.

      Cons

      One might need to develop a thicker skin to interact with some of the colleagues in engineering.
