Recognition for job well done. Good training without the micromanagement. Everyone has a voice that is listened to. Company culture in one word... Unity.

All of the pros end up being fake and intentional means of deceiving people into wanting to work at Perforce

Cons

Every con you can think of from a job. Extremely clear they plan on selling the company because they are constantly reducing benefits and not giving substantial raises. People are leaving FAST, especially in the finance department once they realize that literally nobody knows whats actually going on, up to the C level. Absolute nightmare of a job
