Thank you for your review! India is a growing and important location for us. I had the good fortune to visit our location earlier this year. The employees were friendly, engaged and a hard working bunch. The working environment was comfortable with a open air cafeteria, newly remodeled facilities and top notch equipment. We are looking into potential enhancements to our benefit programs. Thanks again for the review.

Pros

* Excellent work culture - The company is flexible with working hours, and there is no pressure to work overtime. The company culture is highly collaborative. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas and work together to solve problems. I have never come cross such a healthy way of managing/leading in a professional environment. This is honestly one of the best companies I've worked for. My managers have been brilliant and happy in my role. We navigated through the pandemic with very little disruption to the workplace. * Excellent Management & Leading - The management team is very supportive, approachable and grounded. They are always willing to listen to employee feedback and make changes to improve the work environment. * Excellent professional/personal life balance - Holiday allowance, Summer Hours, Remote-work, etc. * Great career opportunities - The company offers a lot of opportunities and all the needed support for employees to grow and develop their skills. There are training opportunities, and employees are encouraged to take on new challenges. * Excellent Benefits - The benefits are pretty good and year on year pay rise, Bonus, Extra Christmas holiday allowance and gifts, Point based earnings with gift cards, etc....

Cons

Nothing as of now. May be at some point in the coming years.

Great to hear you're enjoying some of the great opportunities and benefits here at Perforce. Creating a great work environment that binds our employees, excites them to come to work every day and helps them achieve their career goals are important to our success. And, we enjoy having some fun and providing little perks along the way. Thanks again for the post. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Pros

* half-day Fridays during the summer * holiday gift * didn't experience any toxic tech bros * unlimited PTO (as long as you came from an acquired company that already had unlimited PTO)

Cons

* lack of communication, particularly accessible communication (refusal to record big meeting or share slides) * no emphasis on DEI * top-down planning without any room for engineering-driven initiatives, such as improvements to internal processes * unclear direction and unclear who is making decisions * Microsoft Office
