There are no qualitative pros. There was a time Perforce produced the best versioning software there was, but those far gone days of marked excellence have since deteriorated. Under the leadership of Mark “Birdy num-num” Ties, eagerly supported by his band of drooling banjo playing yahoos, this fine company has been transformed into the cheap & over rated dollar store that it is today. No need for mercy, they absolutely do know what they are doing.

We are working on difficult but interesting tasks, which gives me the opportunity to grow a lot in my technical abilities. A further plus is that I am given the time to implement a good solution, so quality is high in the priority list. In my experience, this is rarely a given. The atmosphere is very nice and the company really goes the extra mile to make everyone feel happy.
