      Talk down to employees, lack of patience and training. No hands on helping for training. Degrade employees and put them down daily.

      Pros

      Fast paced enviroment. Exciting. Meet new people. Pushes me to perform (no pun intended). There is rareyly ever a dule day. ESOP rules.

      Cons

      Considering the fact that much of your career is your resposibilty, a person is literally in control here. If you give you get. So rightfully speaking its hard to find a con. One thing that might be improved upon is benefits for the hourly employees.
