Pros

Founded as employee owned, they offer really good benefits and are focused on everyone's growth, always looking to improve and many times pioneers when using new technologies. Feels like working with a family and everyone offers help when you need it. Other pros: inclusive, the culture and values are high standards, career opportunities are open to everyone.

Cons

It's not the average workplace where you just show up to clock in and out. If you are looking for a place to have little responsibility, this is not the place. Constructions has its sudden shifts, sometimes it will be time demanding, but with good organization work life balance is possible. You have to be up to the challenge, but that comes with great rewards.

Pros

PCI leadership cultivates a brilliant company culture where employees intrinsically want to be better. The work is challenging, thrilling, and rewarding. You are noticed for your work at this company and are motivated by the team alongside you.

Cons

If you feel the need to keep your "work" and "life" completely separate, this is not the place for you. Your coworkers will quickly become some of your greatest-friends and you will find yourself attending quite a few BBQ's and 1-year old birthday parties on the weekends.
