      Pros

      Company that values employee well-being. I really enjoy the people who are always willing help out when assistance is needed on a matter. Overall, a very exciting company to work at and stay long-term.

      Cons

      Really none. If I had to, WFH is limited but many teams are very flexible to promote a good work-life balance and to ensure the culture stays strong.

      Pros

      The opportunity to not only work for, but be a shareholder of Performance Contracting is a dream come true. This company surfs the leading edge of the construction industry in regards to internal opportunity, technology and innovation, employee safety and well being, and benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      As an employee-owned company, PCI expects and encourages high performance. This is mutually beneficial, as the product of that hard work is realized by all employee-owners, not just a few. Mediocrity won't be celebrated here.
