      Pros

      PCI leadership cultivates a brilliant company culture where employees intrinsically want to be better. The work is challenging, thrilling, and rewarding. You are noticed for your work at this company and are motivated by the team alongside you.

      Cons

      If you feel the need to keep your "work" and "life" completely separate, this is not the place for you. Your coworkers will quickly become some of your greatest-friends and you will find yourself attending quite a few BBQ's and 1-year old birthday parties on the weekends.

      Inclusive working environment. Motivated and driven employees. Incredible room for growth through duration of career. Amazing working environment that provides flexibility and an opportunity to own your own work. Compensation that matches/exceeds the strong demand this industry requires.

      Cons

      Not a 9 to 5 job, this industry requires working longer days when the job gets busy. This job can be stressful at times when projects stack up and overlap.

      Performance Contracting cares about their associates and never hesitates to show this in many various ways. They are receptive to new ideas and trust their employees to do a great job making us all one proud employee owned company. Everyone I work with smiles and is nice and willing to help in any way at any time!

      Cons

      The work/life balance could be a little better with more options to work from home more than one day a week.
