      PCI has an overall good culture.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement in small corporate departments. Many young people leave because they see it will take years to advance. Also, corporate is not at all diverse.

      Good company to work for with good stock program.

      Cons

      Just be ready to work 60-70 hours a week and you will excel at this company. Most of the time have one less person than they need so you will always be working harder than at a typical company
