Pros

They are pro's at Gas-lighting and twisting all negative feedback to make it seem as thou the employee is the problem... Please read other negative reviews we all have been told "Not a Good fit" is the reason we did not work out at the company (all other issue with be made up to support the paper work in the termination)

Cons

**HR will support all unethical terminations of employees. There does not need to be proof of any wrong doing. They will help the management disguise terminations under "Reduction in Force or Labor Needed" (If this happened to you please file a complaint with your Union or EEOC) ** You will be asked to go against company policy's simply because a manager/ment does not like an employee, you will be asked to word your documentation regardless of proof to aid in the termination. **You will be Micromanaged by your Direct Leadership **Do not trust anyone at any site location, They are all sleeping with each other, related or Married. **There are direct conflicts of interest with personal relationship even in the corporate setting that have been overlooked and ignored **PCI/ PCG does not believe in DEI, They Changed there wording to "Culture of Care" to not upset there majority Trump supporting employees. ** The Pay IS ATROCIOUS, 20% the national average for a HRBP, they will lie and say they have done the comps

Good Money, Horrible Life

Pros

- Great bonus potential, though not guarunteed. Great company stock and shares program. 401k match is decent, but only matches once per year and has vesting. Once you get promoted above the entry 'Accociate PE' level you get a sizable pay bump that includes car allowance that levels you out to other companies on base pay. They will cover your phone plan. Compnay trip usually yearly for 3 nights.

Cons

This is a nightmarish place to work once you promote past entry PE levels. An insane workload that will have you at the office 12 hours regularly, and unsympathetic managers that have been brainwashed into thinking this is acceptable and normal. They will constantly remind you of the berks they give you so you stay arround, even when you are miserable. Even the car allowance has stipulation that it needs to be a new car, so if you ever leave you are now stuck with a large car payment you may have not even wanted, but coerced into getting so you can enroll in their car allowance program. The car allowance program is designed in a way that you will be net negative at the end of the month in pay, but hey you have a new car :/ They will micro-manage every aspect of your project, needing to run everything by your superior before you make any decisions. They're designations of authority are way too low and needed to wait 2-weeks before i could have a handfull of >$1500 change orders supplemented. A lot of nepotisim is apparent (and other reviewers in other branches agree from what I have seen) in selection of promotions and raises. If you do not fit in to their 'fun company' core value, which is basically not drinking multiple nights at a bar accross the street from the office untill 9PM, you will not get ahead. Sounded fun when I joined, was not so much after 6 months of doing so.
