Pros

Great employee owned company who put their people first. I worked in construction 8 years before finding PCI and was just a number until I got here. I look back and think about all the unsafe practices I was asked to perform to "just get the job done."

Cons

More of a con of the construction industry as a whole, but there isn't always work available in the home market which puts a strain on the work/life balance due to traveling.

A Company Like No Other

Pros

Best total compensation package. I have yet to hear of another company that can come close to the total compensation package that PCI has with there ESOP, bonus, vacation, and other perks.

Cons

I don't think there are any big issues. There are small things here or there that you would have working anywhere in this industry.
