The opportunity to not only work for, but be a shareholder of Performance Contracting is a dream come true. This company surfs the leading edge of the construction industry in regards to internal opportunity, technology and innovation, employee safety and well being, and benefits and compensation.

Cons

As an employee-owned company, PCI expects and encourages high performance. This is mutually beneficial, as the product of that hard work is realized by all employee-owners, not just a few. Mediocrity won't be celebrated here.

Pros

Employee growth both professionally and personally is highly encouraged and nurtured. The benefits are untouchable. Management across the board at corporate care deeply about their employees. There is always something fun going on or something fun to look forward to. The people here are top tier and the best to work with. PCG invests deeply in their employees as people.

Cons

Our Leadership board feels a bit disconnected from the general population of PCG. Our salary ranges aren't competitive enough- the ESOP is absolutely incredible and untouchable, but living paycheck to paycheck for your whole career to be wealthy once you're 55 is tough to stomach.
