      Pros

      Best in class technology and tools needed to succeed. Lots of opportunity for advancement, lots of work in the semiconductor industry. Fantastic bonuses and retirement program

      Cons

      10 hour days, can be a little short staffed at times/uneven workload between engineers, but worth it if you buy in and “drink the kool aid”

      Too much back in forth on the job sight, We'd build something just to take it right down then rebuild it another day

      Pay, retirement, health benefits, employee owned, people, leadership you can connect with, rewarding work, challenging, I could go on and on.

      Cons

      Like most construction management roles you will work long hours. If you can accept the sacrifice PCI will reward you tenfold over other companies.
