      Pros

      Employee ownership that really works, Financial strength and stability, and Core Values that mean something and are followed.

      Cons

      It takes a long time to turn a large ship. The same is sometimes painfully true at a large company, where decisions can time a long time to be made. Understandably so this is for the greater good and to protect the company, but it can lead to frustration.

      I love everything about the company. The leadership, co-workers, atmosphere, and growth opportunities. This is most definitely the kind of place that makes you smile when you come to work.

      No complaints. Like anything in life. You get out what you put in.
