      Management is horrible. Very disrespectful and leaves you a feeling of worthlessness. Worked there over 5 years....soooo HAPPY to be out!

      Rude and crude environment. HR is an 800 number to voice any issues. Don't expect any follow up. Management embraces the out dated harsh construction environment. Expect to be offended. It's rewarded.

      Pros

      PCI has a Great benefit package. The field workers are knowledgeable. The corporate staff are helpful. Company utilizes the latest in technologies available.

      Cons

      Management is very closed minded and does not encourage employees to think outside the box. Too many layers of management. Management often encourages backstabbing and deception between peers.
