-Fun and friendly environment -PTO Holiday and Sick Time off -Good Pay -Good benefits -AMAZING ESOP 401K -Good work home life balance -Opportunities to take training/certification courses -Management usually looks to build from within so there are always opportunities to grow and advance

Cons

-You will probably have your typical on the job frustrations as you probably would at any other place, but overall it is a great place to work.
