Pros

They bring you in as a contractor promising you to convert you once your contract is over. They talk about the company is the best around and people are always trying to get hired there. They do sometimes buy you lunch which is nice. Their pay is pretty high compared to other companies.

Cons

They will let you go in a heartbeat without warning and then act like you were the worst employee they ever had. It is a back stabbing company and good ole boy system you will be fine if you're friends with the right people. They will move you around to accommodate their veteran employees and expect you to learn a new job you were never trained on in a short period like a few weeks or will let you go and tell you that you're not PCG material. This is after they tell you how great you were in your previous role you have been at for months and months.

Pros

Good pay, when there is work there is an abundance of it!

Cons

Due to the nature of this industry, there are slow times and that results in mass lay-offs.
