      Decent Pay, but no life

      Pros

      Benefits packages are very comprehensive and can set you up for life if you spend an entire career with them. The average salary is competitive with other companies in the industry as well.

      Cons

      Ridiculously long hours. No real quality of life because of this. Each branch has their own work culture though, so some are better than others.

      Pros

      Good benefits, wonderful atmosphere (in my department), work-life balance, and I feel like while I'm a small part of the company, I still play a big role and like I matter. Always a few bad eggs here and there but overall, I'm unexpectedly satisfied with my job in all aspects.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit better but since I love coming to work, I'll take that small cut happily.

      Pros

      -Good benefit program -Possibility for nice bonuses -If you get a good Project Manager and Branch Manager above you it makes all the difference

      Cons

      -On annual reviews you will NEVER be rated the highes category. Can't tell you how many times I got "You are doing a great job and have master said task but, upper management doesn't like seeing anyone get a single perfecct score." (Oh and by the way your bonus and promotion opportunities are based on the annual review) -Stabbing others in the back is the way of life, seems to be even encoraged -Just another number in the system -Good ole boys club
