Pros

The work is mostly not bad, and makes the night pass by fast, the pay is great.

Cons

Management does not care for its employees despite screaming they do, the disrespectful attitudes shown towards workers is disgusting. There is no work life balance, they are very forward about this. They want robots not workers, building 8 and 9 foot pallets as I stand befor u 5foot 5 inches can be painful and dangerous. There is absolutely no training whatsoever, they call it hands off training and they basically set you lose with a basic understanding of the equipment, And expect you to florish.
