      Pros

      The management here treats me like family. Just be prepared to work and they will reward and treat you as one of their best. Night shift schedule, and they actually give you set days to work every week so I always have the same days off. They work with you if you have something externally going on outside of work

      Cons

      Always room for criticism on how to split people but they are very manageable things to work around. Be prepared for a lot of heavy lifting
