Pros

Depends on perspective, 23$ on avg. But it's salary pay. 23$ would be your base pay plus premium time/ and a half if it was an hourly job. This is based on 52/53 hours a week.

Cons

Crappy equipment, hard labor work. Hours are tough, can be up to 18 hours a day. Seniors get the least amount of hours for all same amount of pay regardless of route. Night shift, hard to adjust sleep during the day.

Solid base pay, home daily, night shift with 3 days off per week. Never work more than two days in a row.

Inconsistent start times to begin with, very heavy physical work, 13-16 hr shifts on average.
