Pros

Benefits, culture, family first environment, dress code, annual bonus, onsite fitness, and inexpensive prepared lunch program, flexible work from home option for some employees

Cons

Advancement opportunities can be limited depending on department, have knowledge of company low balling offers and not willing to reward good employees with pay increases

Pros

Co workers are usually pretty easy to get along with. That's about it

Cons

Unsafe work environment Too many hours Non competitive wages, even for managers No department is on the same page Lack of communication between management and workers. No decent raises Poor benefits No career growth Hard work is never rewarded Upper management needs an overhaul. All the problems start at the top. Operations especially. Favoritism

Pros

Good work out as a driver's helper, meet new people, see new places, good money when hours are there

Cons

Management doesn't care if you are dog tired, will use and abuse you to work, one week work 70 hours a week busting butt, next week maybe get 30 hours without notice.
