Very bad communication from management. Supervisors call at any hour yet won't answer their own phone during business hours. Different departments seem to be pitted against one another from the blame game. There are older employees that are given easy assignments while the workhorses have to bear the heavy loads.

Too much "leadership" and very poor communication. Negativity and backstabbing rewarded handsomely.
