      Pros

      Middle management is knowledgeable of warehouse operations,most started at entry level position's and can communicate well on how to meet difficult production rate.

      Cons

      Has been a failing warehouse for years and will not change until the GM is gone. Employees are working 14-16 hour days while he is 8hrs and then out the door.

      The pay check cleared the bank.

      Too many to list. Terrible trucks, Asked you to do illegal things that are high risk low reward with your cdl. Equipment is beat to hell and guaranteed to be in a truck in trailer that is way too big to be in the parking lot. So prepare to be fighting stress management and fearing for your life while operating their equipment.
